Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Options

• Economy Shipping (5–8 business days) – Free for all orders over $120.

• Standard Shipping (1–3 business days) – Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.

Shipping Notifications and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

We recommend contacting us immediately if your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be located. Our policies for these situations are as follows:

• Lost Packages: We will work with you and the shipping carrier to locate your package. If deemed lost, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

• Damaged Items: Please send us photos of the damaged items and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Returns of unopened and unused products follow our standard policy below. 

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return under our standard policy:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• We cannot accept returns on items marked as non-returnable.

Return Process

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged Items

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
