Refund policy

We want you to love your Sagrada Bio Skincare products.

Returns of unopened and unused products, follow our standard policy below. 

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return under our standard policy:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • We cannot accept returns on items marked as non-returnable.

Return Process

Email us at returns@sagradabioskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged Items

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  • Recheck your bank or credit card account.

  • Contact your credit card company and/or bank, processing time may vary.
